Tortoise Cleaning Company was a cleaning company in Alba City.
In 2071, Tortoise was contracted to clean the Cherious Medical facility. They sent crews on a regular schedule.
They learned one day that a bounty hunter, Spike Spiegel, had stolen a uniform and one of the trucks in order to infiltrate the facility. He was able to get in and out on one of the trucks.[1]
