Terje Hakonsen was a criminal and bounty head.
Hakonsen was one of a few who found instructions written by Chessmaster Hex which allowed one to hack the Astral Gate tollbooths. He was caught by Jet Black along with Jamie Linn and Peter Rine.[1]
