Norman is a minor villain with a bounty on his head characters. He belonged to the group of people involved with Tanaka and was an original character in the Cowboy Bebop (Netflix) adaptation.

Norman had ginger hair, a beard, and brown eyes. He wore a dark brown leather jacket over a brown turtle neck sweater, a brown belt, dark brown pants, and brown shoes.

Not much is known about Norman's personality, but he sympathized with Tanaka to join his cause.

History[]
As part of Tanaka's gang, he was in charge of overseeing all of the Watanabe Casino's Woolong transfer into the gang's account. When Spike and Jet arrive at the scene and take out the crew members, Norman attacks Spike with his knife, but is stabbed twice by it and is then shot to death by him.[1]
