Mary Elizabeth McGlynn is an American voice actress who provided the voice for Julia from Cowboy Bebop, and was the voice director for the English dub as well.
She also voiced the reporter character Chris Riley[1] and the hostess of the Scratch menu of the Brain Dream.[2]
