Biography[]
In 2068, Manley helped Doctor Bacchus in a scheme to swindle Faye Valentine when she was awoken from cryogenic sleep. She helped to monitor her as she woke. She was with Bacchus again in 2071 when they attempted to rescue Whitney Haggis from the Bebop.[1]
