Joie has long dark brown hair worn in a braided ponytail. She wears sunglasses and a standard Syndicate outfit.

Not much is known about Joie's personality, but she was a loyal member of the Syndicate.
History[]
Joie briefly appeared as one of the Syndicate subordinate members to stand guard outside while Fearless and Vicious negotiated a deal with the Neptune Cartel's Ka-Ching.[1]
