The El Ray Bartender was a bartender on Tijuana.
Biography[]
He got in touch with Asimov Solensan to buy some Red Eye and they made plans to make the trade at the El Ray while he was working. Solensan arrived and, though a secret passphrase, agreed to meet in the back. The bartender insisted he demonstrate the product before he bought. Unbeknownst to him, Solensan's former syndicate men were after him, and surrounded the bar. They attacked and the bartender was quickly killed.[1]

The character was credited simply as "Bartender." It was voiced by Katsumi Chou in Japanese and Jack Hammer in English.[2]
