History[]
From 2068-2071, Gren lived in Blue Crow at the Orlando Apartments and played saxophone at the Rester House. For about a month in 2069, Julia was in Blue Crow. In 2071, Faye Valentine and Jet Black arrived to find Gren.[1][2]

Ed's English voice actor called the city "The Blue crow," suggesting it was a specific building. However, the subtitles and script omit "the" in the name, specifying it as the city.
Blue Crow seems to be mainly Russian, or at least influenced by Russian culture, as most of the street signs are written in Russian. The people on Callisto often wear parkas and ushankas, and the climate is cold and snowy, all images often associated with Russia.
