WHAT is that song in the jail scene from the movie while Spike and Elektra talk about their past loves. Its driving me insane, and I know I had it on a cd back when I was a kid, but its not even in the brilliant and detailed section of this page devoted to unreleased music! Or is it hiding inside another track? Nah, I remember it had a distinctive name I used to love it and it made it onto all my chill playlists back before streaming music was the norm. Any help would be appreciated: thank you in advance

Cowboy bebop it's for me the masterpiece of anime, and one of the top productions overall. The OST, the photograph and scenarios, all of them are just pieces of art.

It hits all the big genres with different smooth mixes separated by sessions: western, futuristic, mafia, space, suspense, investigation, samurai, war, action, chase, drama, romance, humor, mystery, martial arts, horror, psycho, music, child film, drug genre.. Sure I left some. There is joy for every taste.

But I think what makes it so special is that on top of all of this base, the characters are the cream. So unique and interesting, mysterious and different. Once again this variety on the characters, covers all the colour palette of personality, with smart mixes within the sessions. We mostly identify ourselves in the plot with Spike, the alter ego character, the hero, space Don Quijote.. but also we are attached to the rest of characters.

Basically Spike, Jet, Faye, Ed, and even Julia and Vicious are together each of us in bespoke proportions, and their interaction represents our constant internal fight and development.

Last year, Funimation announced that it would bring Cowboy Bebop to the catalogue, dubbed in Portuguese to top it off. Later, Netflix announced that it would add dubbed Cowboy Bebop to the catalog and it arrived.

One thing no one expected is that Cowboy Bebop would have two dubs.

At Funimation:

The anime was dubbed by studio IST and had almost the entire main cast of the film, (where for the first time Cowboy Bebop was dubbed into Portuguese)

Mauro Ramos is well know for voice Old Joseph Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (Stardust Crusaders and Diamond Is Unbreakable), Pumba in The Lion King (1994 ver) and Commissioner Gordon in some DC games and movies

Miriam Ficher as Faye Valentine

Miriam is well know for voice Merlin in Seven Deadly Sins and Elizabeth Banks in most of her movies

If vicious wanted to just kill spike he would just use a gun its not about pride like killing someone with a sword. Spike knew he was gonna die, still went to syndicate hq soloing everyone.

Spike knew trying to kill anne's killers or who ever showed up at that store had nothing to do with anne's murder still stayed risking julia's and his own life.

Both shin and lin sacrificed their lives for vicious and spike for no reason what so ever.

Sometimes life without something or someone is really pointless, may be these are all that matters for someone.
